Fermata School of Music based in Lucan Village was established in 2011 by Patrycja Mikiciuk due to a demand for high quality music education in Dublin area. Our school offers the highest quality music education based on a proven artistic programme methodology, known across the world. We also adhere to the Suzuki and Kodaly methods and the newest requirements of Royal Irish Academy Of Music in Ireland.

The teaching programme is modelled on the ideas of the music school curriculum developed by Patricia Mikiciuk. It also complies with the requirements of the Royal Irish Academy of Music and our own team of highly qualified teachers.

All instrumental and vocal exams are conducted externally and in accordance with the Royal Irish Academy of Music guidance and standards and its syllabuses. RIAM exams are not mandatory to successfully complete any course in our school.

Our students take part in concerts, shows and yearly school events. Fermata School of Music LUCAN successfully prepare our pupils to junior exams and leaving certificate exams, in both music theory and practice.
